ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Works with the content owners to define requirements and ensure integrity and functionality on assigned web projects. Manages multiple projects and deadlines.
Responsible for the creation and integrity of web content management system (CMS) Front-End code.
Demonstrates leadership, decision-making and team building skills.
Oversees and approves designs, developments of creative intuitive solutions to support the business/functional area.
Designs and develops web interfaces using HTML, scripting, CSS, and graphics.
Has experience with common front-end frameworks.
Modifies and optimizes graphics for use on the web.
Develops, edits, and proofreads content provided by content owners and ensures its compatibility for the web channel.
Develops and enforces web-publishing standards to the Bank’s ADA compliance requirements.
Partners with marketing to implement, understand, and support SEO/SEM objectives.
Uses CMS tools or HTML editors to apply content and design standards to pre-defined templates.
Works closely with back-end developers in an agile environment to bring web designs to life as well as the necessary connections to the Adobe Experience Manager components.
Researches and remains current on emerging industry methods and standards.
Manages multiple projects and deadlines.
Researches, reviews, and applies emerging trends in web design technologies and user experience best practices.
Conduct content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information.
Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Undergraduate degree in web design, interactive marketing, Computer Science, or equivalent, with 4-6 years’ experience.
Demonstrated organizational and project management skills, with ability to prioritize and multi-task successfully in a deadline-intensive environment.
Expert understanding of web development best practices, including cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, usability, SEO, web analytics and coding.
Knowledge and use of HTML, Scripting, CSS, front-end frameworks and browsers; working knowledge of Java Script preferred.
Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager preferred.
Experience working with designs to bring designs from working files to fully realized web experiences.
